Blizzard Banishes Erotic Roleplaying Guild

(”Come here little boy…Wanna see Big Ben?”)

The admin of Blizzard’s popular Massively Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game (MMORPG), World of Warcraft (WoW), decided to banish permanently “Abhorrent Taboo (AT):” a not-your-ordinary type of guild, mainly associating themselves with extreme types of sexual acts. The main reason why Blizzard decided to abolish it was because the guild was irresponsible enough not to verify if their members are above 18 years of age.

Reports say that AT indulges in sexual activities like Ageplay, Bestiality, Urolagnia and any other forms of kinks that players will see if they join the guild. The guild also seem to favor the types of pedophiles, as proven by their leader’s statement when she said, “I want to defend us, but I also want to defend the pedosexual community.”

For those who are unfamiliar with sexual terms like Ageplay, or Urolagina, here are simple definitions of them:

Ageplay is a form of regressive roleplay in which a physical adult takes on the role of a child.

Bestiality is defined as an affinity or sexual attraction by a human to an animal.

Urolagnia is a sexual fetish in which participants derive sexual pleasure from urine and urination. This is also known as “Watersports” or “Golden Showers.”

Pedophilia is a preferential or exclusive sexual attraction by adults to prepubescent youths.

Had enough? Well, read the guild’s welcome message on the forums and see how they really intend to break rules: “Role-playing is legal. Even if you are role-playing something that would be considered deplorable and highly illegal IRL, it’s still just role-playing and isn’t subject to any form of disciplinary action. Negative publicity is still publicity. Make a Digg or website about how sick we are. Report us to PervertedJustice. All it does is bring in more members. In fact, the Digg the [sic] guy on Ravenholdt made about us was so effective, several people signed up for WoW just to be in our guild. The bottom line is: We’re allowed to do what we do on any server we please and no one can do anything about it.”

With reports against the guild piling up in the Customer service and suggestion forums, Blizzard can no longer stay put and had decided act against AT. Some words from Blizzard: “This matter is not one Blizzard takes lightly in any way, shape or form, and we do not wish to have this topic continue circulation…Let it finally be said that we appreciate those of you who brought this particular issue to our attention and that we will continue to follow up with this matter in the future to ensure the safety of all parties concerned.”

Wh-J: Blizzard made the correct decision. Besides, this is a game where people group themselves together to fight enemies, farm gold, trade with other players, etc. In other words, anything that is related with WoW’s game play. I don’t remember even once that WoW was made for players to engage in sexual activities. If one is humane enough, they wouldn’t really bring their sexual fantasies in public (even if it’s cyber public) especially when kids are around. Even if the guild is “harmless” or so they claim because it’s cyberworld, they still have the tendency to entice their users to engage in unclean ways of sexuality in real life (Yes, Bestiality and Urolagnia are harmful to the human health). I may be viewed wrong in how I present this argument but I really find activities such as these in an MMO world sick. The guild and its activities are just sick.

Thrall: I am…the warchief!
Abhorrent member: Hey orc, wanna give it a go?
Thrall: That’s it, I’m quitting this job!
